白僵菌孢子萌发与光照时间的实验研究

AN EXPERIMENT ON THE BUDDING RATES OF BEAUVERIA BASSIANA SPORES AND DURATION OF SHINING DAYS

  • 摘要: 白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana(Bals) Vuill)是一种生物杀虫剂。经研究,在阳光直接照射下,其孢子萌发率随光照时间的延长而降低。本文指出,多云和阴湿的天气,利于白僵菌孢子的萌发,从而可增加施药的效果。

     

    Abstract: Beauveria bassiana is an biological insecticide.In this paper, the author deals with the relations between the budding rates of Beauveria bassiana spores and the duration of shining days.The result shows that the budding rates of the spores decrease as the duration of shining days is prolonged, and cloudy and moist weather is beneficial to the germination of the spores so that the application effect of the spores as an insecticide can be strengthened.
