粘盘层的粘化和水分特征与林木生长的关系

ARGILLIC AND WATER CHARACTERISTICS OF CLAY PAN AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE GROWTH OF FORESTS

  • 摘要: 本文通过分析含粘盘层土壤的水分和粘化特征,认为粘盘层影响林木生长的因素有三:①土壤过分紧实粘重,大孔隙少,极细孔隙多,使根系不易下扎;②由于水分不易下渗,使表层水分过多,常造成表层滞水、包浆等还原现象,易造成铁、锰的中毒;③粘盘层土壤的无效水多,有效水少,使林木出现生理干旱。此外,还对这种土壤的改造提出了一些看法。

     

    Abstract: By analysing argillic and water characteristics of clay pan,this paper presented the following three factors by which the growth of forests was influenced.1).The soil was extremely compact with very few big pores and many small pores in the soil.This made the roots very difficult to penetrate lower soil layer.2).The clay pan kept superfluous water on the surface because of its little water capacity.As a result,this frequently made the soil in reduction,and caused a high concentration of Fe and Mn which might be toxic to the plants.3).As non-effective water content was high while effective water content was low in clay pan,the forest trees suffered from a physiological drought.Besides,this paper presented some proposals for improving the soil as well.
