枯草芽孢杆菌PRS5抗生作用的初步研究

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE ANTAGONISM OF BACILLUS SUBTILIS PRS5 AGAINST RHIZOCTONIA SOLANI

  • 摘要: Bacillus subtilis PRS5产生的多种水溶性和挥发性抗生物质,对引起杉苗猝倒病的Rhizoctonia solani产生显著的抑制作用。其中水溶性抗生物质有较强的热稳定性,具有溶菌酶和多肽类抗生素的特性,其防病作用系抗生、溶解和促生作用的综合体现。

     

    Abstract: A preliminary study on the antagonism of volatile and watersoluble substances produced by Bacillus subtilis PRS5 against Rhizoctonia solani-the pathogen of chinese-fir demping-off.The possible mechanism of the disease prevention was discussed.
