思茅松毛虫空间分布型及其应用Ⅰ.茧蛹期

A STUDY ON SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION PATTERN AND SAMPLING METHOD OF THE PUPAE OF DENDROLIMUS KIKUCHII

  • 摘要: 经过设立8块标准地调查,笔者对思茅松毛虫茧蛹期种群空间分布特征及抽样调查方法进行了研究。空间分布型的研究应用四种分布型指数以及Taylor和Iwao的方法计算,结果表明:该虫茧蛹期属聚集分布,分布的基本成分为个体群,聚集度具有密度依赖性。此外,在垂直水平上,对主林层树冠和灌木层结茧数进行差异显著性检验,结果差异不显著,表明不必进行分层抽样。抽样方法研究表明:除五点式取样效果较差而不宜采用外,平行线、对角线和"Z"字形取样均可采用,而其中"Z"字形取样效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: The study of the spatial distribution pattern of Dendrolimus kikuchii Matsumura by means of four indexes of aggregation and analysing methods of Taylor and Iwao indicates that the population of pupae fits aggregation distribution.Accuracy of four sampling methods,the diagnal sampling,the parallel sampling, "Z" sampling and five point sampling is compared.Result shows that "Z" sampling method is the best and five point sampling method is unsuitable.And investigation of pupae stage adapts to random sampling rather than layer sampling.
