氧化乐果在板栗树中输导规律的研究

A STUDY ON TRANSFUSION OF DIMETHOATE OXIDE INTO CHESTNUT TREES

  • 摘要: 采用氧化乐果和酸性品红溶液,用打孔注药法,在板栗树中进行输导和杀虫机理研究,经组织切片镜检结果表明,氧化乐果注入树干基部进入木质部的维管束向上输送并具明显的方向性,随树液流动进入到各部位。输导度与温度、组织蒸腾量及药剂pH值有关。

     

    Abstract: By transfusing dimethoate oxide into the base of chestnut trees,the authors have stu-died the transfusion and insecticidal mechanism.The result of microscopical examination on tissue slices showed that the rogor oxide was carried from the base together with the sap of the trees to the upper parts of the trees along the vascular bundles of xylem with evident directivity.The transfusion extent related to the temperature,transpiration amount of the tissue and pH value of the insecticide.
