昆明西山蓝桉木材生态解剖的研究

THE ECOLOGICAL WOOD ANATOMY OF THE EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS LABILL.IN WEST HILL OF KUNMING

  • 摘要: 本文应用光镜及扫描电镜对生长在昆明西山南坡,海拔1880~2120m的蓝桉(Eucglyptus globulus Labill.)木材结构进行了详细的观察,结果表明,木材结构随海拔的升高而发生变化,生长轮宽度,导管频率,纤维管胞长度等值逐渐增加;导管长度,直径,纤维管胞直径,韧性纤维长度,射线频率和高度等值逐渐减少。导管和管胞壁上均具附物纹孔。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with an anatomical study on the secondary xylem of E. globulus L. grown on the south slope of West Hill in Kunming by means of light microscope(LH) and SEM. The wood structure of the plant varied with the increasing altitude:the diameter of growth ring, the frequency of vessel, the length of fibre tracheid gradually increased. While the length and diameter of vessel and tracheid, the diameter of fibre tracheid, the length of fibre, the frequency and height of ray decreased with the increase of altitude. Both the intervessel and tracheid pits possess vestured pits.
