STUDIES ON THE MODE OF FORESTRY JOINT STOCK SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 股份制改革正在全国广泛开展,作为重点基础产业之一的林业部门,如何实行股份制?根据林业生产的特点,结合林业股份制改革试点的实践,对林业股份制的基本模式进行了探索和分析。

     

    Abstract: The reform in joint stock system is being widely carried out in China now.Then how to carry out this system in forestry——one of the basic key industries in our country?On the basis of the characteristics of the forestry production and the reforming practice in forestry joint stock system,this paper has made a significant study and analysis on the forestry joint stock system.
