Abstract: This paper reported 565 species.(including varieties) of fungi in the east part of Guizhou,among which there were 169 species of edible fungi,95 species of medical fungi,53 species of toxic fungi,163 species of wood decay fungi,18 species of parasitic fungi on trees or wood and 115 species of mycorrhizal fungi.And the ecological distribution of the fungi was discussed.
