A DISCUSSION OF FORESTRY POLICY ALARM DISPLAY SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 探讨论述建立林业政策预警系统的理论和方法,并结合经济预警理论,提出了林业政策预警的基本框架。旨在为进一步健全和完善林业宏观调控功能提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the theory and method of building up forestry policy alarm display system,and presents a general framework for forestry policy alarm display system,on the basis of the economic alarm display theory.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for amplifying the functions of forestry economical macroscopical adjustment and control.
