云南拟单性木兰迁地保存及其生态生物学研究

Studies on migration preservation of parakmeria yunnaensis hu and its ecol-biology

  • 摘要: 云南拟单性木兰(Parakmeria yunnanensis Hu)为国家二级保护植物。分布区很窄,现存种群稀少。从1980年开始调查研究其自然分布的生态环境,自然更新;并采集种子、培育苗木,迁地栽培在昆明、西畴、文山三个不同生态环境中;研究人工栽培条件的生长发育特性以及对环境条件的适应能力,抗病虫害能力等。还检测其花、叶所含芳香精油的化学成分,提出利用途径和发展区划。

     

    Abstract: Parakn1eria yunnanensis Hu,aplant under second-1evel protection in ourcountry, has a narrow distribution range and is scare in present group。Its naturalecological environment,life cycle and natural regeneration have been studied since1980.Seeds have been collected,saplings have been transplanted in three differentecological environments(Kunming, Xichou County,Wenshan County)and have beengrowing.Their growth and development characteristics,adaptive capacity for the diffe-rent environments and resistance to pest under artificial cutural condition have beenstudied.The chemical composition of aromatic oil in its flowers and leaves have been de-tected.The suggestion about its utilizable way and developing division are put forward inthis paper.
