云南杉木G木素分布的研究

A study on the distribution of guaiacul lignin in chinese fir(cunninghamia lanceolata)of yunnan

  • 摘要: 用先进的UV显微分光光度计(CarlZeiss Umsp80)研究了云南省西畴和良两产区杉木G木素分布。结果表明:1.两产区杉木纵生管胞次生壁吸收峰值为560nm。2.杉木早晚材纵向管胞次生壁层G木素浓度西畴低于良产区;轴向管胞胞间层G木素浓度良低于西畴产区。3.两产区杉木-年轮内,纵向管胞次生壁G木素浓度峰值,从早材至晚材的变化,西畴产杉木是逐渐降低的,符合正常材变化规律;良产杉木有波动,呈波形变化,说明构造不正常。4.两产区杉木,纵向管胞次生壁G木素浓度有差异,影响木材的主要力学强度。随着纵向管胞次生壁G木素浓度的降低,木材的主要力学强度增加,反之则降低。

     

    Abstract: The distribution of guaiacyl lignins of Chinese fir in Xichou and Yiliang,Yunnan Province,China,was observed with UV microspectrophotometer(Carl ZeissUMSP 80).The results were as follows:1.Tracheid secondary walls of Chinese fir in theabove two Chinese fir-producing areas had a peak at 560 nm.2.The consistency ofguaiacyl lignins in tracheid secondary wall of Chinese fir in Xichou was lower than that inYiliang but the consistence of guaiacyl lignins in tracheid intercellular layer in Yiliang waslower than that in Xichou.3.The distribution of guaiacyl lignins in tracheid secondarywalls differs between early wood and late wood of Chinese fir in Xichou and Yiliang. Thepeak of guaiacyl lignins in tracheid secondary walls of Chinese fir in Xichou was graduallydropped from early wood to late wood ofan annual ring. It followed a changing pattern ofnormal timber.The peak of guaiacyl lignins in tracheid secondary walls of Chinese fir inYiliang was found undulated with waves of change which showed abnormal instructure.4.There were differences in concentration of guaiacyl lignins in tracheid secon-dary walls of Chinese fir in the two areas effecting main mechanic strength of timber.Withthe decrease of concentration of guaiacyl lignins in tracheid secondary walls,main me-chanic strength of wood increased,conversely,it decreased.
