减缓华山松种子变质速度的初步研究

Research on retakding the deterioration of pinus armandi seeds

  • 摘要: 提出华山松种子经TBZ药剂化学灭菌处理,在通风良好的条件下种子能在不同含水量(14%~19%)和不同温度(6~26℃)下贮藏,均可防止或减缓种子的变质,对华山松种子食用加工原料和树种种子的贮藏是很有益的。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the chemosterilization of Pinus armandi seeds with TBZ chemical,which has been tested as effectively operational for retarding the deteriora-tion of the seeds when sufficient ventilation is ensured under the conditions that the watercontent is 14%~19%and temperature from 6~26℃. The method is potential for thestorage of Pinus armandi seeds as raw material for food processing and of the seeds of othertree species.
