便携式林业机械离心式离合器的摩擦扭矩分析

An analysis on torque capacity of a centrifugal clutch

  • 摘要: 根据离心块的全面受力平衡可推导出更精确的摩擦扭矩计算公式。两种公式的比较说明用离心块的单-径向平衡导出的传统计算公式计算的值偏小。文章分析了驱动力斜角、结合面摩擦系数、离心块质量、回位弹簧力及弹簧本身离心力对摩擦扭矩的影响。对于便携式林业机械,在确定离合器与发动机的匹配关系时,应考虑影响摩擦扭矩和发动机外特性的参数的变动范围。在确定摩擦扭矩时,打滑点转速比最大扭矩点的储备系数具有更广泛的实用意义。

     

    Abstract: A new calculatingbrmula of torque capacity may be obtained by entirelybalancing the forces acting on the shoe of a centrifugal clutch and it is more accurate thanthe formula obtained usually from single balance on radial direction. Influence of bevelangle of driving force, friction coefficient between drum and shoe,mass of shoe,Elasticforce of return spring and centrifugal force of spring itself upon torque capacity are dis-cussed in this paper.Variation limits of parameters,which affect torque capacity of clutchand engine dvnamic characteristics,should be considered when designing mating relationbetween clutch and engine. The rotative velocity of sliding point on torque diagram is moreimportant for determing torque capacity of clutch than torque overload capacity on maxi-mum torque point.
