草浆黑液碱回收蒸发器管垢清洗液的研究

A study on the chemical clean of black liquid evaperators in straw pulp mills

  • 摘要: 草浆黑液中硅含量高,在碱回收蒸发器中形成的管垢用普通酸洗法难以清除干净。针对这-问题研究了草浆黑液碱回收蒸发器新型清洗液。试验表明,这种清洗液对蒸发器管垢的清除率可达95%以上,比普通盐酸清洗液提高近两倍,且对蒸发器管壁的腐蚀性很小。

     

    Abstract: The scale in black liquid evaperators of straw pulp mills couldnot be dis-solved and removed through general acid cleaning because a lot of silicon existed in it.Akind of new chemical clean liquid was found.With the new clean liquid,over 95% of thescale could be dissolved.
