云南龙脑香林及其地理分布

DIPTEROCARP FORESTS AND THEIR GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION IN YUNNAN PROVINCE, CHINA

  • 摘要: 云南南部位于亚洲热带北缘,是中国大陆龙脑香科植物的主要分布区。目前在这一区域已发现龙脑香科植物5属,8种和1变种,占中国龙脑香科植物属数的100% ,种数的60% ,其中望天树(Parashorea chinensis)和毽树(Hopea jianshu)为云南所特有。同时在滇东南、滇南和滇西南的3个边缘热带地区,间断分布有5个龙脑香林类型,是中国大陆上类型最多,保存最好的龙脑香林。云南5个龙脑香林的植物区系组成比较一致,属的分布区类型所占比重较为接近,与东南亚热带雨林植物区系相比有基本一致的热带科、属的组成。表明了云南龙脑香林与热带亚洲典型雨林既有联系,又具过渡性的特征,属于热带亚洲常绿雨林超热带扩散的边缘类型。

     

    Abstract: The Southern Yunnan is the edge part of Asian tropics, its area with tropical environment is about 4700km2 , covering 1.23% of the whole province.There are 5 genera, 8 species and 1 variety of Dipterocarpplants discovered in the region.Further more, Parashorea chinensis and Hopea jianshu are the endemic species of Yunnan.In Southern, Southeastern and Southwestern Yunnan, 5 types of Dipterocarpforests are distributed.They are P.chinensisforest, Vatica fleuryanaforest, D.turbinatusforest, Shorea assamicaforest and D.retusus-H.mollissimaforest.The last type is the humid rain forest with most tropical ecological characteristics in China, and it is a geographical variety of Southeastern Asian rain forest.The other 4 types belong to the tropical seasonal rain forests.These 5 types of Dipterocarpforests have a similar genus and family composition with the Southeastern Asian flora, but they are formed with a single or a few dominant species marked with a multi-layer stand structure.The existence of them demonstrates the relations between the Dipterocarpforests in Southern Yunnan and the tropical forests in tropical Asia, and the forests in Southern Yunnan are the edge types of the tropical Asian forests, which expand in the east and north directions.
