马占相思染色体核型分析

A KARYOTYPE ANAYSIS OF ACACIA MANGIUM WLLD

  • 摘要: 研究马占相思的染色体数目及核型。马占相思体细胞染色体数目为2 n=26,9对(No.2, 4, 6, 8~13)为中部着丝点染色体,4对(No.1, 3, 5, 7)为近中部着丝点染色体,其中第1对(No.1)染色体上具小随体(sat),其核型组成为K(2 n)=26=18m+8sm (2 sat);染色体长度比(最长/最短)为2.50,臂比均小于2,属Stebbins "1B"核型类型。

     

    Abstract: The karyotype and chromosome number of Acacia mangium, were analysed on meristematic cell of root tips The result showed that the chromosome number in each somatic cell was 2 n=26 The 9 pairs of chromosomes (No 2, 4, 6, 8~13)were metacentric, and the 4 pairs of chromosomes (No 1, 3, 5, 7)were submetac-entric The first of pairs (No 1)was SAT-chromosome According to the classification made by L C Saylor, the karyotype formula is K(2 n)=26=18 m8 4sm(2 sat) According to the ratio of chromosome length (largest/smallest) and the proportion of chromosomes with arm ratio<2 in the comp/ement of the karyotype of Acacia mangium belongs to Stebbins "1 B" karyotype symmetry.
