工业有害气体对木本植物钙镁铁锌含量影响的研究

A STUDY ON INDUSTRIAL ORGANIC GAS INFLUENCE ON Ca Mg Fe Zn CONTENT OF WOOD PLANTS

  • 摘要: 用丙酮、甲醛、苯乙烯熏蒸处理并测定其植物叶中微量和常量元素含量的变化后发现,在有害气体的影响下,通过植物的膜渗透出来的钙、镁、铁、锌的量增加,因此,在叶中,这些元素的含量减少,使离子流失作用的大小秩序为苯乙烯、甲醛、丙酮。在比较有害气体对植物作用后发现,松树最稳定,其钙、镁元素流失量最少;橡树和白桦树居中,落叶松钙、镁元素流失量最大。应用此方法,可以及时了解工业中有害气体对植物新陈代谢影响的信息,并作为植物受到污染的判断证据。

     

    Abstract: For the purpose of estimating the stability of 2-year-old sprouts of Larix decidua Mill, Pinus silvestris L., Quercus robur L., Betula verrucosa Ehrn., fumi-gory method was used. Influence of fumigation by acetone, formaldehyde and styrene evaporation on macro-and microelement content in leaves and needles of the plants under consideration was studied. Organic toxicant influence on membrane penetration and thus on magnesium and calcium, iron and zinc coming out from leaves and needles was studied. It was investigated that toxicant influence resulted in decrease of macro-and microelement content at the expense of increase of membrane penetration. Toxicants under study proved styrene to be more powerful than formaldehyde and acetone. After comparison of fumigation reaction of wood plant sprouts Larix decidua was found to have less toxicant stability and Pinus silvestris L. the most toxicant stability. The biological method used in the experiment is an express method that makes an opportunity of obtaining formation about metabolic process under the influence of industrial organic gas waste of high toxication and concentration. It makes possible to show biological indicator of a certain pollutant on wood plants.
