卧轴矩台平面磨床试验模态分析研究

A STUDY OF EXPERIMENTAL MODEL ANALYSIS IN THE PRECISION SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE WITH HORIZONTAL AXIS AND RECTANGULAR TABLE

  • 摘要: 探讨将试验模态分析技术用于精密平面磨床,分别采用脉冲激振法和随机激振法对整机进行了动态测试。识别出了磨床的各阶模态参数和模态振型,确定了磨床的薄弱模态和薄弱部件,并对磨床结构设计中存在的一些问题提出了结构动力修改方案的建议,这对产品的优化和新产品的开发具有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the technology of experimental model analysis is applied to the precision surface grinding machine with horizontal axis and random vibration. As a result, the model parameters and model vibration types are identified, the weak model and weak parts of the grinding machine are further determined and measures to modify structural dynamic characteristics are put forward. This is of some practical significance to the optimization and development of new products.
