白杨新杂种——毛新×银灰嫩枝扦插繁殖技术的研究

PROPAGATIVE TECHNIQUES ON SOFTWOOD CUTTING FOR DOUBLE HYBRIDS OF SECTION LEUCE DULY

  • 摘要: 在硬枝扦插繁殖研究的基础上采用深池嫩枝扦插和深池微嫩枝(单叶片单节间)扦插两种方法对毛新×银灰双交杂种进行了嫩枝扦插研究。嫩枝扦插,插壤以沙和土(1:1)比较理想;采用根萌嫩枝比三年生小树当年生嫩枝的扦插成活率明显要高;激素处理以ABT1号500×10-6和IBA500×10-6+NAA500×10-6速蘸的效果稍好。各无性系之间在嫩枝生根能力上有差异,可把嫩枝生根能力作为无性系选择的一个指标。微嫩枝扦插,插穗剪留叶片面积为4cm2左右成活率最高;从根萌嫩枝上部开始剪取第一个微嫩枝插穗,依次向下到第9个插穗均可用于扦插繁殖,成活率在80%以上,其中以第3~8个插穗成活率更高一些;和常规嫩枝扦插一样,采用沙和土(1:1)的插壤比较理想;激素处理以NAA500×10-6+IBA500×10-6的成活率最好。成活的嫩枝小苗必须经过炼苗环节才能移栽到大田;建立采穗圃或根繁圃,并加强管理,以提供大量和幼化的根萌嫩枝是实现快繁的首要工作。

     

    Abstract: The propagation of (P.tomentosa×P.bolleanaP.canescens was researched by means of the softwood cutting and the micro-softwood cutting (single-internode and single-leaf softwood cutting) in the deep pit, which was 100 cm in width, 700 cm in lenghth, its south side and north one were 150cm and 180cm in depth respectively under the ground.In the softwood cutting, the desirable cutting medium was the uniform mixture of sand and surface soil (1:1);the sucker softwood cuttings from the stubs had obviously higher rooting percentages than those from 3-year-old trees;the better rooting hormone (quick-dipping) was the Rooting Powder (ABT No.1) 500×10-6 or IBA500×10-6 +NAA500×10-6.In micro-softwood cutting, the cuttings that remained 4cm 2area of leaf had the better rooting percentages than others;the best cutting medium was also the mixture of sand and soil(1:1);the better rooting hormone (quick-dipping) was IBA500×10-6 +NAA500×10-6.
