中国大头蚁属7个新记录种(膜翅目 蚁科)

Seven Species of the Ant Genus Pheidole Westwood Newly Recorded in China(Hymenoptera:Farmicidae)

  • 摘要: 在中国西南地区发现并报道大头蚁属(Pheidole Westwood)中国新记录种7种,即:宾氏大头蚁(P. binghamii Forel),卡泼林大头蚁(P. capellinii Emery),可爱大头蚁(P. jucunda Forel),多齿大头蚁(P. multidens Forel),沃森大头蚁(P. watsoni Forel),阿伦大头蚁(P. allani Bingham),棒刺大头蚁(P. spathifera Forel).对各种的兵蚁和工蚁形态作了进一步补充描述,讨论了大头蚁属的分布、世界和中国已知种类.

     

    Abstract: Seven species of the ant genus Pheidole Westwood are newly recorded in China,i e., P. binghamii Forel, P. capellinii Emery, P. jucunda Forel, P. multidens Forel, P. watsoni Forel, P. allani Bingham,and P. spathifera Forel Detailed descriptions in Chinese are provided for the soldier and worker castes of each species.Distribution,known species of the genus in the world and China are discussed.
