Abstract: The control of Sumac tree flea beetle is discussed in this paper.The chemical control to the larvae cannot be considered.The effective measures of control are artificial prevention and control.The way of taking away the egg-cases of flea beetles from trunks and branches of host trees before the trees sprout in Spring is the easiest and most effective.In addition,picking the larvae-staying leaves,cultivating to kill the pupae from May to June,catching the adults before they lay eggs and protecting the natural enemies of the flea beetles such as Trichogramma sp. are the best choices for controlling sumac tree flea beetles,too.
