两种松毛虫蛹的营养成分比较及其评价

Comparison and Assessment of the Nutritive Compositions of the Pupae of Two Pine Caterpillars

摘要: 从变害为利的观点和昆虫资源利用的角度出发,探讨两种松毛虫蛹的营养价值.云南松毛虫(Dendroimus houi Lajonquiere)蛹的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和碳水化合物的含量分别为58.15%,35.98%,22.52%和6.82%;文山松毛虫(D.punctatus wenshanensis Tsai et Liu)蛹分别为61.26%,38.92%,19.75%和9.70%;前者的不饱和脂肪酸含量与P/S值分别为63.59%和1.763%,后者分别为61.6944%和1.6316%;必需脂肪酸分别为32.2028%和28.40%;两种虫蛹皆含有多种维生素和丰富的矿物元素.

Abstract: From view point of turning pests into resources, this paper deals with the nutritive value of two pine caterpillars.The contents of protein, amino acids, fat and carbohy drate of Dendrolimu shoui are 58.15%, 35.98%, 22.52% and 6.82% respectively, while those of D. punctatus wenshanensis are 61.26%, 38.92%, 19.75% and 9.70%;the essential fatty acids of the former are 32.2028%, the latter 28.40%;both pupae are rich in vitamins and minor elements.
