Abstract: Problems in the existing forestry policy were summarized and their related countermeasures were suggested based on the data obtained from detailed a survey and study.And a new policy framwork under the marked economy was constructed.The purpose of this paper is to enhance forestry reform of sustainable development according to the market economic principle.
