云南红豆杉山地大批量扦插育苗技术研究

A Study on Mass-Produced Cuttings of Taxus yunnanensis in Upland

  • 摘要: 云南红豆杉山地大批量扦插繁殖是红豆杉原料林实现苗木培育低成本快繁的较好途径.遮荫、控制温湿度、穗条扦插深度、插条年龄、母树和生根激素类型及其浓度等是影响生根的关键因子,2.5a苗龄内,云南红豆杉扦插苗木的生长量和生物量因产地不同而有一定的差异.

     

    Abstract: Mass-produced cuttings of Taxus yunnanensis in upland showed very good route and method that for lower costing and fast propagation of raw material forest. Shade,control of temperature, depth of cutting, age of quickset, quality of mother-tree, type and concentration of rhizogenesis hormone, etc.were major key factors. In the 2.5 year-old seedlings, the growing quantity and biomass have some differences in different areas.
