络合法测定塔拉单宁含量的研究

A Study on the Determination of Tara (Caesalpinia spinosa)Tannin Content with Complexometry

  • 摘要: 按浸提液塔拉单宁含量4±0.25g/L称取塔拉粉样品,浸提后用络合法测定,结果为:在规定测定条件下,1mL 1mol/L醋酸锌溶液平均沉淀塔拉单宁0.1446g,变异系数0.27%,完全符合定量测定要求;络合法平行测定结果之差<0.5%,与皮粉法测定结果之差<1.0%,表明可以代替皮粉法测定塔拉单宁的含量.

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with complexometry to determine the content of tara tannin in tara powder. The results show that:(1)the weight of tara (Caesalpinia spinosa Kuntze)tannin precipitated by zinc acetate (1.000mol/L, 1ml)is 0.1446g;(2)the difference between two parallel determination of complexometry is less than 0.5%and between complexometry and hide powder method 1.0%;(3)complexometry can be used to determine quantitatively the content of tara tannin in tara powder.
