Abstract: On the basis of survey and analyses of kinds of conflicts among institute of natural resources management, surrounding communities and local governments in Daweishan nature reserve, Pingbian County, comprehensive approaches and measures have been taken to manage and reduce these conflicts.Some excellent achievements, experiences and lessons have been summarized in the paper. Meanwhile, in order to motivate communities to participate nature reserve, and promote development of co-management institution between communities and the institute of nature reserve management, some suggestions have been described in the paper.
