Abstract: Based on the natural resources, humanity resources, history culture and culture internal meaning, mountain forests and farmland around the city were taken as factors to compose a sight picture.According to sustainable developmental theory and ecological environmental plan principle, Anning city was planned into environment areas of both urban outside and urban landscape architecture and ecology.Meanwhile, enforceable methods of the landscape ecological city were put forwards.
