A Study on the Processing Technology of Bean-Milk Beverage Drinks With the Beans of Pueraria wallichii

  • 摘要: 对马鹿花籽实在食品加工方面的应用进行了初步的研究,综述探讨了马鹿花的营养成分及豆奶的加工生产工艺,并研制出营养丰富、风味独特的马鹿花豆奶.

     

    Abstract: This paper is about food processing of exploitation and utilization in seed crystal of Pueraria wallichii and summarizes its nutritional information. We studied the productive technology of bean-milk beverage, which is a kind of much nutrient and nice taste.
