受蚜虫及螨侵害的华山松过氧化物酶初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Peroxidase Isoenzyme of the Decline of Armand Pine Forests Infected by Aphid Mite

  • 摘要: 利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE),对受蚜虫侵害的华山松根、茎、叶组织内的过氧化物酶的变化及活性进行了研究.结果表明:受侵害的华山松根、茎、叶组织内的过氧化物酶活性较健康植株增强,酶带条数增多,颜色加深.受侵华山松与正常植株同一器官相比较,叶和根的变化较大,茎的变化较小.

     

    Abstract: The variations of peroxidase isoenzyme (POI) and enzyme activity in the root, stem and leaf tissues of Pinus armandii infected by Cinara were studied by using polyacrylamide gel.electrophoresis.The result showed that root, stem and leaf tissues infected by Cinara had higher POD activity than those of the healthy plant did, and the mumbers of band were increased.The higher the disease level the plant had, the higher the enzymatic activity and the more the band mumbers the root, stem and leaf tissues had.Comparing the healthy plant with inhealthy infected by aphid, the peroxidase enzymatic of root and stem tissues is larger than leaf tissues.
