木豆淀粉/丙烯腈超强吸水剂初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Preparation of Super Sluper of Starch from Pigeonpea Graft Acrylonetrile

  • 摘要: 木豆淀粉在引发剂的作用下,接枝丙烯腈制备超强吸水剂,正交设计结果表明:接枝温度为30℃,引发剂用量为0.05 g,丙烯腈用量为1.8 g,NaOH用量为3.0 g时得到吸水能力为272倍的超强吸水剂.

     

    Abstract: The Super Sluper of Starch from Pigeonpea was produced by grafting the Acrylonetrile at the initiating preparation in this paper.The orthogonal design of the important factors was utilized in this technique.The results showed that the grafting temperature was 30℃, the initiating preparation 0 05g, the Acrylonetrile 1.8g, NaOH 3.0g;the absorbing water ability of Super Sluper 272 times.
