华山松对蚜虫及螨侵害产生的生化响应

Biochemical Response to Pinus armandii Forests Infected by Aphid and Mite

  • 摘要: 对受蚜虫侵害的华山松根、茎、叶的生化指标进行测定,并与正常华山松各指标对照,结果得出:华山松受蚜虫或螨类侵害后,其含糖量、酚类物质含量比正常华山松低;过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性都比正常华山松高.受侵害的华山松与正常植株同一器官相比较,叶和根的变化较大,茎的变化较小.

     

    Abstract: Biochemical measurements were carried out with root, bark and leaf of normal growth(as the control)and infected Pinus armandii by aphid and mite.The comparsion between the infected tree and control was made in order to identify the diagnostical index for determining the vitality of Pinus armandii. The results showed that the sugar, phenoli compound in the tissues of infected trees were lower than that in normal trees.The peroxidase activity and polyphenoloxidase were higher in infected tree than that in control.By comparing the healthy plant with inhealthy one infected by aphid, the peroxidase enzymatic of root and stem tissues was larger than leaf tissues.
