春化和光周期对春花龙胆花芽形成与开花的影响

Effect of Vernalization and Photoperiod on Flower Initiation and Flowering of Gentiana verna

  • 摘要: 春花龙胆(Gentiana verna)是春化要求性花卉,在7℃的低温下处理30~70d能使其完成春化,明显地促进花芽的形成.之后,20℃的较高温度和17h的长日照条件对花芽的形成和发育起促进作用.17h长日照促进着花数目,8h短日照促进花茎的伸长。

     

    Abstract: Gentiana verna is a kind of typical winter plant.Its vernalization process can be fulfilled and flower initiation can be forced when treated with 7℃ low temperature for 30~70 days.Then its flower initiation and flowering would be forced by higher temperature of 20℃ and 17 h of LD treatment.While the number of flowers increased by 17 h LD treatment,and the flower stem elongated by 8 h SD treatment.
