利用粉拟青霉防治纵坑切梢小蠹的研究

A Study on Tomicus piniperda Control by Paecilomyces farinosus Brown et Smith

  • 摘要: 对粉拟青霉的菌剂毒力及防治纵坑切梢小蠹的效果和使用方法进行了试验研究,结果表明:粉拟青霉防治纵坑切梢小蠹蛀梢期成虫平均死亡率78.8%,蛀干期成虫平均死亡率78.1%。说明粉拟青霉是一种高效的微生物杀虫剂,有待深入开发、适量生产和推广应用。

     

    Abstract: This article mainly deals with toxicity of Paecilomyces farinosus,its control effect on Tomicus pinipperda and its usage.Through experiments,the results are as follow:P.farinosus can cause a mortality 77% of T.piniperda adult during its shoot-feeding period,and a mortality 76.8% of T.piniperda adult during its trunk-attacking period.It can be concluded that P.farinosus is a microbe pesticide with high efficiency,and needs to be developed,manufactured and moderately used.
