摘要: 对云南松松花粉的贮藏条件、破壁等工艺进行探索研究,研制成功了具有高破壁率的松花粉营养保健型饮料。Abstract: This paper introduced the processing technology of pollen of Pinus yunnanensis beverage and studied its store condition,coat-broken technology,etc.The author made the pollen a product with a higher coat-broken rate for making Pinus yunnanensis pollen beverage that contained comprehensive nutrient.
