Abstract:
Fly-ash cement particleboard is a kind of new construction material.It conforms to the tendency of development of new wall material.Technological experiment of fly-ash cement particleboard was processed with the mathematical model of "Quadratic Orthogonal Rotational Combination Design",based on the preliminary experiment.The results showed that in the numeral range of experiment design,the effects of the density of board,the ratio of water/(fly-ash+cement) and amount of Na
2Sio3 on board properties(
MOR,
MOE,
IB) were significant,and the effect of the ratio of(fly-ash+cement)/wood on
TS(Rate of swelling thickness) of board was strikingly prominent.
