冷压法粉煤灰水泥刨花板主要工艺参数研究

A Study on the Technology of Fly-Ash Cement Particleboard by Cold-Pressing

  • 摘要: 粉煤灰水泥刨花板是一种符合墙体材料发展方向的新型建筑材料。在预备性实验基础上,采用二次正交旋转组合设计对粉煤灰水泥刨花板进行工艺试验。结果表明:在实验设计取值范围内,板密度、水灰比、水玻璃(Na2Sio3)用量对板性能(MOR,MOE,IB)影响显著,灰木比对板吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)影响高度显著。

     

    Abstract: Fly-ash cement particleboard is a kind of new construction material.It conforms to the tendency of development of new wall material.Technological experiment of fly-ash cement particleboard was processed with the mathematical model of "Quadratic Orthogonal Rotational Combination Design",based on the preliminary experiment.The results showed that in the numeral range of experiment design,the effects of the density of board,the ratio of water/(fly-ash+cement) and amount of Na2Sio3 on board properties(MOR,MOE,IB) were significant,and the effect of the ratio of(fly-ash+cement)/wood on TS(Rate of swelling thickness) of board was strikingly prominent.
