龙竹系列竹笋制品加工工艺的研究

A Study on Processing Technology of Packed Bamboo Shoots of Dendrocalamus semiscandnes

  • 摘要: 根据国内市场竹笋产品的情况,通过对龙竹竹笋原料进行深加工,研制出笋脯、竹笋果冻、笋酱、油焖笋丝、傣味酸笋等系列软包装产品。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the processing technology of bamboo shoots Dendrocalamus semiscandne,which are processed into a series of soft-canned products,such as preserved shoots,bamboo shoot jelly,bamboo shoot jam,oil stew bamboo shoots and sour bamboo shoots.
