西番莲插穗生根试验

Cuttage Experiments of Passiflora

  • 摘要: 研究了激素、插穗成熟度及插穗长度对西番莲插穗根系质量的影响。试验结果表明:插穗的成熟度是影响插穗成活及根系质量的主要因子,枝条梢部幼嫩节扦插的成活率及根系质量均优于枝条基部的成熟节;健壮且较长的插穗其根系质量较好;激素处理虽能促进愈伤组织的形成,但对根系的生长并无明显的促进作用;不同无性系在生根能力上存在差异。

     

    Abstract: Regression function of height-age of Pinus ponderosa was established by SAS software.Height growth model analysis indicates that before 14,between 14 to 18 and after 18,velocity of height growth of Pinus ponderosa has been lowest,fastest and decreasing,respectively.Based on the above,process of growth of Pinus ponderosa has been divided into three stages as "slow-fast-slow".In the three stages,the average velocity of height growth of Pinus ponderosa is 0.31 m/a,0.75 m/a and 0.56 m/a,respectively.Connected with different stages,measures of management have been proposed.
