Grafting Experiments for Seedling Breeding of Taxus wallichiana

  • 摘要: 西藏红豆杉扦插育苗试验结果表明:用50mg/kg吲哚丁酸浸泡插穗12h,其生根率可达96%。且用1年生顶枝带2年生枝条作插穗生根率最高,根系最发达。

     

    Abstract: The results of grafting experiment for the seedling breeding of Taxus wallichiana have shown that:by dipping grafting branches into 50 mg/kg indole butyric acid for 12 hrs,the rooting rate can reach up to 96%;the highest rooting rate can be obtained by using annual top branch together with biennual branches as grafting branches and the root systems develop best.
