Abstract: The results of grafting experiment for the seedling breeding of Taxus wallichiana have shown that:by dipping grafting branches into 50 mg/kg indole butyric acid for 12 hrs,the rooting rate can reach up to 96%;the highest rooting rate can be obtained by using annual top branch together with biennual branches as grafting branches and the root systems develop best.
