大叶相思茎段腋芽组织培养技术初探

A Preliminary Exploration on Tissue Culture of the Young Stem Axillary Bud of Acacia auriculiformis

  • 摘要: 用4年生大叶相思枝条茎段作外植体,研究不同培养基对试管苗的诱导、增殖和生根效果,结果表明:最适宜的大叶相思枝条茎段腋芽诱导和增殖培养基为改良MS+6BA 0.8mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,增殖率达3倍;生根诱导的培养基为改良MS+IBA 0.2~0.4mg/L+NAA 0.4mg/L,生根率达90%,试管苗移植成活率达85%。

     

    Abstract: By taking the young stem sections of 4 year-old Acacia auriculiformis as explants,the effect of different media on plantlets,and its induction and multiplication were studied.The results showed that the most suitable induction and multiplication culture medium were the improved MS+6 BA 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the multiplication rate reached 3 times,the rooting induction culture medium was the improved MS+IBA 0.2~0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L,the rooting rate reached 90% and the test-tube plant transplanting survival rate reaches 80.
