热解四甲基铵盐法在植物油脂肪酸组成测定中的应用

The Application of Thermal Tetrametyl Ammonium Fatty Acidate in Determining Tatty Acids in Plant Oil by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 用热解四甲基铵盐法对植物油和脂肪酸直接甲酯化、气相色谱法测定,并与其他常规甲酯化法比较。结果表明:pH=7.0时,热解四甲基铵盐法更能反映植物油脂肪酸的含量;先皂化再甲酯化的常规方法不适于亚油酸和亚麻酸的测定;槭属植物种子油含有10%~20%的芥酸。

     

    Abstract: Fatty acids in plant oil are esterified by thermal tetramethyl ammonium fatty acidate and determined by gas chromatography.The result shows that:When pH=7.0,fatty acid content in plant oil esterified with tetramethyl ammonium fatty acidate can be determined accurately by gas chromatography.The reqular method that starts with saponification and than followed by methyl-esterrification is not applicable to measure linoleic caid and linolenic acid.About 10%~20% of erucic acid is contained in the seeds of all species of genus Acer.
