Abstract: Nine areas are designed for the Dachaoshan hydropower station in the light of landscape ecology theory and special structure of the locality.The designed areas include"Bangxu" residential and office area,dam and electricity generation area,attached green space to the road system,green space of the opposite mountainous slope,farmland shelterbelt,"Zhangjiagou" forest ecological tourism area,"Dazhaihe" river landscape tourism area,enclosed watershed vegetation recovery area and slurry emission treatment area.
