  • 摘要: 杨树是世界上广泛栽培的重要造林树种之一,已成为林木基因工程研究的模式植物。生物技术在杨树遗传改良方面已取得了可喜的成就,显示出生物技术的巨大发展潜力和美好前景。综述了生物技术在杨树遗传改良上的应用。

     

    Abstract: Populus are among the most important cultivated tree species in artificial plantations all over the world,and they are commonly worked with as model tree species for the research of forest genetic engineering.Much progress has been made so far in Populus genetic improvement by biotechnology,which has showed great potential and broad prospects of application.The achievement based on biotechnology in Populus genetic improvement and related techniques are summed up.
