Abstract: It is both precise and fast to calculate the land area for "Returning Farmland to Forest" program by applying a new computer calculation program combined with enclosed guideline measurement by compass.This technique may save a lot of man power and significantly reduce the cost for fulfilling corresponding programs,so it is worthy of extending in practice.
