基于Ansys的竹编水泥沼气池结构性能仿真分析

Analysis on Mechanical Properties of Methane Generating Pit Made of Bamboo-framed Concrete by ANSYS Software

  • 摘要: 针对竹编水泥沼气池结构中上部壳曲面结构的重要力学特性,选择圆球形、抛物面形以及悬链面型等不同曲面形式,运用Ansys软件进行了结构力学性能分析,并对数值结果进行了对比,说明了不同曲面的优劣性,强调了施工中保持上部曲面光滑性,对于其可靠性和耐久性具有重要影响。

     

    Abstract: Structural strength properties of bamboo-framed concrete methane generating pit with spheroid,paraboloid and catenary upper curved surface were analyzed by ANSYS software and numerical simulations and comparisons were done for one another.The results showed that the different curved surface structures had different mechanical strength.It is stressed the importance to keep the upper curved structure surface smooth while a methane generating pit made of bamboo-framed concrete is constructed in order to ensure desired reliability and durability.
