滇杨抗蛀干害虫转基因表达载体的构建

Construction of Expression Vector of Wood-Boring Pest Resistant Gene Transferred into Populus yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 为解决滇杨产业发展中的蛀干害虫危害问题,人工合成了Sbt-CryⅢ基因,该基因可以编码对滇杨蛀干害虫———鞘翅目昆虫天牛具有毒杀作用的蛋白;构建了含Sbt-CryⅢ基因的植物表达载体.

     

    Abstract: Populus yunnanensis is an important timber production tree species, but it is not widely planted in Yunnan Province for severe pests, especially for wood -boring insect that has become one of the most serious obstacles to industry development of P.yunnanensis.Gene Sbt -Cry Ⅲ, which encodes a protein that can kill Cerambycidaes of Coleoptera, was synthesized and an expression vector containing the gene was constructed, which laid the foundation for transferring the wood -boring pest resistant gene into P.yunnanensis by transgenic technique to solve the problem mentioned above.
