微波辐照下松香行为的研究

Study on Rosin Decarboxylation under Microwave Irradiation

  • 摘要: 对松香在微波辐照下的升温、脱羧及组成等行为进行了研究,结果表明:松香在微波辐照下能够升温,且基本不发生脱羧现象,但会发生异构化作用;微波功率对其升温行为的影响最为明显;以上特点有利于在微波辐照下进行松香的各种酯化反应.

     

    Abstract: A study was done on temperature rise, decarboxylation and the composition change of rosin under microwave irradiation for the first time.The results showed that rosin can be heated by microwave irradiating to cause temperature rise and isomerization, but not to cause ecarboxylation.The speed of rosin temperature rise was greatly influenced by the power of microwave irradiation but less influenced by granule size of rosin.These properties are beneficial to various sterification of rosin under microwave irradiation.
