数控机床计算机辅助故障诊断系统的研究

Studies on Auxiliary Fault Diagnosis System of Numerical Control Machine

  • 摘要: 通过网络和数据库的应用研究,根据数控机床故障诊断的特点,应用专家系统的原理和面向程序设计的方法,以VC++为开发工具,建立数控机床故障库,实现数控机床故障的离线诊断,快速解决设备故障.

     

    Abstract: Based on expert system theory and objective facing program design method, fault data base of numerical control machine was established according to fault diagnosing characteristics of numerical control machine by applying internet and database technologies to the studies, in order to realize offline fault diagnosis and to solve the problems quickly
