减小杉木胶合板翘曲变形措施的探讨

Research on Measures of Reducing Bend and Deformation of the Plywood Made of Cunninghamia lanceolata

  • 摘要: 针对保山市部分企业生产的胶合板存在翘曲度大、变形严重、胶合强度差等问题,在生产工艺上采取20℃左右的水中浸泡24h后再旋切,使单板在受压状态下干燥,面、底板配芯时严格区分正反面,改变调胶工艺,控制热压温度和时间,放置原胶合板作垫板等改进措施.改进后的翘曲度由0.93%降至0.36%.

     

    Abstract: Some improvement measures such as soaking the lumber for 24hrs in the water at 20℃ before spinning cutting, drying the veneer under pressure, distinguishing strictly the veneer sides for plywood manufacture, improving the adhesive matching technology, controlling the temperature and duration for pressing, laying primary plywood as substrate and some other measures were taken to deal with the common problems such as severe bending, deforming and poor adhering of the plywood in the production in some plywood enterprises in Baoshan municipality.The bending ratio of the plywood was reduced to 0.36% from 0.93% after the new techniques had been applied.
