Abstract:
It was indicated by isozyme analyses that the resistance of the fruits of six different strains of
Castanea mollissima to
Collelotrichum gloeosporioides was significantly different. The study showed that the activities of peroxide and hydrogen peroxide were closely related to resistance of the fruits of
Castanea mollissima to
Collelotrichum gloeosporioides.The resistance of different
Castanea mollissima strains increased with the activity decrement of hydrogen peroxide, and with the activity increment of peroxide. The isozymes of hydrogen peroxide and SOD also responded to different resistance of different strains of
Castanea mollissima.to
Collelotrichum gloeosporioides.
