玫烟色拟青霉培养性状与产孢特性初步研究

Preliminary Study on Culture and Sporulating Characters of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus

  • 摘要: 描述了在不同接种方法和培养方式下,玫烟色拟青霉的培养性状和产孢特性.增大接种量,通气条件好的组合方式,能形成大量绒状菌丝,第8天即可大量产生孢子;接种量小,通气条件差,气生菌丝大量生长,孢子产量低.说明在满足营养、温度和光照的前提下,接种量与通气条件是玫烟色拟青霉孢子形成的重要条件.

     

    Abstract: The culture and sporulating characters of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus with different inoculating means and under different cultivating conditions were described.With abundant inoculation and good air conditions, plenty of velvety hyphae grew and large quantity of spores were produced on the eighth day.On the contrary, with insufficient inoculation and poor air conditions, much aerial hyphae grew out and few spores were produced.It was indicated that inoculation quantities and air conditions were important factors during the sporulating course of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus under prerequisites of appropriate nutrition, temperature and light.
